I have GENI basic and I am not upgrading to PRO. If you don't have PRO, you cannot get help. I received a message but cannot view it because I do not have PRO so how do I contact the person who sent me the message. Anyway to contact GENI?

Geni Support Team HI Gail, you can send messages for free. You do not need a Geni Pro subscription for this. To view your Geni inbox messages, simply click on the link in your email notification or click on the notification icon at the top of the page to the left of your name. You can also go directly to your Geni inbox here https://www.geni.com/threads
