I have been charged for a geni pro subscription from a free trial I cancelled on PayPal. the amount has been paid to heritage so I have been contacting them but have found it is actually a Geni subscription - Ihave no use for this subscription and would like a refund please. when i try to raise a ticket on the help page it just takes me to a payment page. Please help!!
Hi Briony, our records show that you canceled your free trial of Geni Pro on May 1, so you were not charged for a Geni Pro subscription at the end of your trial period.
Is it possible you signed up for a subscription under a different account? Or do you have the transaction ID?
