Geni should issue a notification to the Creator of a Document any time a Profile is untagged from it. And probably to anyone else who is following it. Possibly to anyone following the Profile as well.
It creates one when a new person is tagged to a Document. As far as I know, only the Creator of the Document or a Curator can tag profiles to Documents. But anyone can untag a profile from a Document. And absolutely no notification is issued. This is majorly not good!!
