PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I am unable to update my Mothers date of death. WHY can't I update it?

Geni Support Team Hi Sueann, we're sorry to hear about your family's loss. The reason you were unable to update your mother's date of death is because she had previously claimed her account with her email address. We have now unclaimed her account so that you may update it to reflect her passing.
