Hi Allison, sorry for the inconvenience. The system got overloaded and we had to temporarily disable it until we resolved the source of the overload. It's re-enabled now.
Thank you for reply but still not working
Have deleted DNA and reconnected again
Same situation ,What now?

We see that you were able to link your FTDNA results to your account, but for some reason the DNA matches are not working for you. We have forwarded this to our engineers to investigate further and will let you know once we have an update.
Hi Allison, actually the reason you are not seeing matches is because you disabled it in your privacy settings. To re-enable it, go to your profile privacy settings https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy , check the box "All other users to match my DNA results," and save your changes.
Thank You kind person who helped. Now working
I more question as I look after a cousins DNA on FTDNA I want to put his DNA over on the Geni site, only problem my name comes up and it wants to overwrite my DNA,I can not see how to change this so I can put DNA to Geni for Paul Cash, help for this please
You can link your relative's DNA results by going to the DNA tab on their profile page. But before you start, you may want to make sure you have logged out of your FTDNA account to avoid accidentally linking the wrong DNA kit to the profile.
Please see our FAQ for step-by-step instructions on how to link a relative's FTDNA results to their profile: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229707707-How-do-I-link-Family-Tree-DNA-test-results-to-a-relative-s-profile-
