  Hi Leslie, we see that your sister had claimed her account with her email address. This is why you were unable to update her profile. We have now unclaimed her account so that you may edit it to reflect her passing.

  Hi There.

  Many thanks indeed. I did notice her Profile's Basic panel was different from others I'd setup that I could update. Maybe she had added herself years ago when I 1st setup our shared GENI Tree.
