My grandfather has an old email on his profile. He no longer has access to that email and he can't update it and neither can I. Please help. This is for Henry Charles Pollak. Thank you!

Geni Support Team Hi Dawn, you should be able to add a new email address to his account now.
He can also email us at subscriptions@geni.com if he needs any further assistance with regaining access to his account.
