I understand that I have not been very active on my tree and that is why someone else is listed as manager now, but I should still be listed as a co-manager so I can make changes as needed. Is there a way you can globally reinstate my management of the profiles of which I am the original manager? As it is now, I cannot make updates to my own family profiles. Thanks!
Hi Kathy, if you were inactive for a while and another manager was added to the profiles you were managing, you should still be listed as a co-manager of the profile. Do you have the link to a specific example where this is not the case?
Keep in mind that if you do not see the option to edit the profiles of your close relatives, then it is possible they have claimed their accounts with their email addresses. If they have claimed their accounts, then they will be the only ones who can edit their own profiles unless they update their profile privacy settings to allow relatives to edit it.
