Changing manager to me

My brother passed away in April and I recently received a request from Geni to take on the management of the tree due to his inactivity. I responded that I will do so, but am unable to remove his name as Manager from the accounts. It still lists him as the main manager and me as secondary.  I would like for the people on the tree to know of his passing and to know I have taken over so they need to contact only me.  Please help me know how to do that. Wish there was a phone number to call to discuss this instead of only a public forum, but I am not on Geni Pro, so a "ticket" is not part of what I could use to contact you.
