Hello,My brother ordered and paid for a printout of the family tree and has not received it to this day. Please also ask for help by email.ballettcici8@yahoo.de.   We live in Germany. Thanks

  Hi Cecilia, Geni does not sell family tree chart printouts. Does your brother recall which service he used? He should reach out to them directly regarding his order.
