Tree matches stuck - can`t import .ged

I canceled all matches in match center, but there are still some tree matches on some profiles, but in the match center there are no one. So i can not upload updated gedcom file due to these matches. What to do now?

  It would probably not wise to try to import a GEDCOM because it will create duplicates for all profiles already on Geni.

  You could try to use SmartCopy to add profiles that are not yet in Geni, see https://www.geni.com/projects/Connecting-to-the-Big-Tree/17983

  А есть ли возможность попросить администратора удалить все профили, сохранившиеся в базе geni, изначально появившихся от моего(моих) аккаунтов, основанных на моей почте artemkraev99@gmail.com ? Что бы начать с чистого листа, загрузив актуальный gedcom, а потом уже пользоваться SmartCopy?
