I have several relatives that don't have edit buttons. Some of them say they were added by a person that I know COULDN'T have. I am currently trying to fix an inconsistency but can't due to can't edit. I tried sending them a message but they have changed their email and I can't edit to change it. They're not a member anyway but I thought if I emailed them they could go joing and fix it so I can edit. How do I change their email so I can message them and what do I need to do once they come on

Geni Support Team Hi Elizabeth, if you are not able to edit the profile, then it is likely that your relative has claimed their account with their email address. This means that unless they had updated their account settings to allow family to edit their profile, they will be the only one who can make changes to their account. If they no longer remember their login information, then they can reach out to us directly at subscriptions@geni.com and our customer service team can assist them with regaining access to their account.

Geni Support Team Reneld, if the error is on a MyHeritage tree, then you will need to contact the person directly on MyHeritage to fix it.
