Private This is more info re above question.
I have tried doing the remove exercise but it comes up with a warning saying it will split the tree & won't allow me to remove the connection.
The correct parents are not in the tree.

Job Waterreus The easiest way is to first add the right parents then go to tree view and move her to a correct parent and specify that that is her parent. That will disconnect her from the wrong parents.
If you cannot manage that yourself, please ask assistance in https://www.geni.com/discussions/245980 and provide a link to your grandmother and her correct parents there.

Ирина Яковлевна Сесина Hi! I am looking for help! Accidentally, I made 2 wrong profiles which I would like to delete and start over.
Pleeeeeease!!!!!! Help me !!!!
I know the ways how to do it which is explained here (how to delete a profile https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229703167-How-do-I-delete-someone-from-my-tree-)
BUT there also explained that I CAN NOT do it in several cases. In my situation it's exactly one of them (That person has other relatives attached to him or her, who would otherwise be disconnected from the tree. This can be handled by first deleting the attached relatives, which will then make your target person removable).
But everybody can make a mistakes!!!!!!!!! Why I don't have a possibility to fix it?....
Could you help me, please?

Job Waterreus Please ask for help in https://www.geni.com/discussions/245980 and provide links to the profiles. A curator can remove wrong connections between profiles.
