I sent a message to a profile manager regarding members of my family tree but did not hear back. If they are busy that's fine but not sure with Geni Basic if they even got message. If they did and eventually respond would I be notified by e-mail? Many thanks.

Job Waterreus Yes, you should be able to contact others managers (as long as they have not blocked you). Some managers are not active anymore, others do not have a correct external email address, so the user would have to log on to Geni to see a message and others do log on but only a few times a year, so even if they are active and would respond it could take some time for them to do so.
