Why am I getting this (and similar messages) when adding sources to profiles I have created (and manage)?

  There was a Geni problem with adding sources for relations, but that should be solved now.

  Please give examples.

  Creating source - Cissie Cook as biological daughter of William Thomas Cook and Rosehannah Cartwright.

  This is also occurring with same action on other profiles.

  But she is mentioned as a child for this source, so does the error go away when you do a retry?
