Some decades ago
Molly Lumb (Marsland)
was added to my tree as my 4th great grandmother. Unfortunately this research is incorrect. If you go on to the profile Abel Kershaw the husband she is attached to you can see that Lumb is not the name she was born with but the name of her first husband. And a quick look at the parish regs finds she was born Mary Nicoll before marrying Abraham Lumb/Lunn of Turvin then widowed then married Abel Kershaw. I have tried to remove this Molly Lumb (Marsland) from my Abel and his children but it says it will split the tree and so nothing happens. Please help. Many thanks Kerry in Brisbane Australia
