Identity theft, need new email as only one on account

I keep clicking ADD email but the page simply will not take a second email do I can delete the first. What could zi be doing wrong? If the new is added but I cannot verify it, my identity thief/hacker can get it from logging in under the old email again! Help I can't give them my new email under any circumstances, they have almost destroyed my life and stopped my income and everything. I can't pay for an account, I was on the free one!
