Hi! So I'm trying to delete an ancestor's parents (https://www.geni.com/people/Francisca-De-Bettencourt/6000000172775449116) whose profiles I've merged already. I can't seem to be able to delete her relationship to her parents as I have a free account, and I can't just delete the parents' profiles either sinced they've been merged. What can I do at this point?

Job Waterreus If you are a basic user you are not allowed to split the tree, so for a wrong child parent relation you will have to connect the child to the correct parents (sometimes that can be done by selecting the correct parents from the drop-down list on the relation tab of the child. otherwise go to tree view and move the child to the correct parent)
The wrong parents must also stay connected to the tree, so sometimes you will need to connect them first in another way to the tree before you can disconnect the wrong children.

Job Waterreus For a wrong merges you can ask a curator to undo the wrong merge (please give a link to the merge in the profile history) in https://www.geni.com/discussions/245980 and ask for the merge to be undone.
Please do not try to change anything if you did a wrong merge. Changes after the merge make it more difficult to undo a merge.
