Sestra se kdysi přihlásila přes svůj e-mail. Nemohu na jejím profilu zadat její úmrtí. Chybí kolonka "Status" - žijící, nežijící.

Geni Support Team Hi Edita, if a relative has claimed their account with their email address, you will need to report their profile as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile. Go to their profile page, click "Actions" and select "Report." Choose "Deceased" from the dropdown, leave a comment, and submit your report. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update it to reflect their passing.
