How can I update marriage order?

You can update the marriage order in the tree view OR from the profile page.

In the tree view:

Click on the edit icon on the node/box of the person you want to update OR click on 'Edit' in the side panel.

Go to the "Relationships" tab (you can also update the marital status on this tab), click the “Change Marriage Order” link.

You can manually enter the correct marriage order in the boxes OR you can drag and drop the partner's into the correct order, click and hold the grey “Handle” (2a Grey Handle.png), and then drag it into the correct position.

When you’re finished, click the "Save Marriage Order" button.

 

From the Profile Page:

Click "Edit Profile" on the profile page you want to update.

Go to the "Relationships" tab (you can also update the marital status on this tab), click on one of the “Change Marriage Order” links.

When you’re finished, click the "Save Marriage Order" button.

 

Reminder:

Marriages are displayed per marriage order, not by marriage dates. Therefore, the most recent marriage will be displayed directly next to the person, then the one before that one, finally showing the first union furthermost away.

Also, another factor to keep in mind is the perspective of which you are viewing these said unions. For instance, when you login and view Person A's Tree you will note A is directly to the most recent spouse, then the one they were married to before that one, etc.
