Why am I no longer receiving any emails notifications?

If you used to receive messages from Geni regarding updates in your Family Tree, Discussions, Birthday/Anniversary reminders, as well as password recovery emails- but you no longer are- you may have flagged our emails as SPAM.

To ensure receipt of emails, please login to your personal email account, add no-reply@geni.com to your contact list and check to make sure that Geni messages have not been flagged as SPAM or been sent to your Junk mail folder. If you see that they have been, simply move those back into your Inbox or Safe List.

Your emails reminders and updates should then resume shortly thereafter.
