What is a Project?

Projects  are a great way to group related profiles together, and group users who wish to collaborate on those profiles. Any user can create a project, and any user can add the profiles he/she manages to any project. Project collaborators can merge and edit all profiles that have been added to the project.

Users can request to join projects on which they are not already collaborating. The request is sent to all project collaborators, and any collaborator can approve the request. Once approved, the requester is added to the project as a collaborator.
