How do I cancel my free trial?

You can cancel your trial at any time during the 14 days. 

  1. Go to your Premium Account Settings 
     

  2. Click the link for "Make changes to your Geni Pro subscription"

  3. Then click the checkbox for "Cancel my trial" and save your changes.

  4. After you have saved your changes you will see a new message "Your free Geni Pro trial subscription is set to expire on <date>" with the date of when your free trial will expire.

If you have any further questions about your premium subscription, please submit a ticket or email subscriptions@geni.com .

NOTE: Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged if you do not cancel within the 14 day trial period.
