One of the benefits to being a Premium user is having Premium Support. To submit a help ticket:
1. Click on your name in the upper right corner for the drop down menu and click on 'Help'.
2. Click on 'Submit a ticket'.
3. After you have completed writing your help ticket, click on 'Submit'
