How to: View the status of your help ticket

One of the benefits of being a Premium user is having Premium Support. Have you submitted a help ticket and would like to view the status of it or update your help ticket with additional comments?

Here's how:

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner for the drop down menu and click on 'Help'. 



2. Click on your name in the Help Center then click on 'My activities' to view a list of your help tickets with the status. Click on a specific ticket to view the comments or to update the ticket with additional comments.
