The Geni Consistency Checker will report "Tagged in photo before birth date" on any profile that is tagged as being in a photograph that predates the person's date of birth.
This inconsistency is always considered a Warning
Auto-fix: Click the button labeled "Automatically untag <name> from the photo below" to untag the person from the photo. If the photo tag is correct but the birth date is wrong, you should edit the profile to correct the birth date instead. If the photo tag is correct but the date on the photo is wrong, you should edit the photo to correct the date.
