Hello!

Why my created family tree is slow and dont display names and photos?

  It could be a problem with the zoom level and the number of generations you want to show. Try decreasing the zoom level to see if that helps for displaying the names and try decreasing the number of generations to see if that helps to speed up the drawing of the tree.

  It may be dependent on your device and/or browser. Can you try another browser? (which browser, device and operating system are you using?)

  It may be device dependent, when I use Firefox I can set the number of generations. Did you try to change the zoom level?

  Hi Kaspars, do you have an add-on or browser extension installed? You may want to try reviewing and disabling them to see if that helps. You may also want to check another browser, such as Chrome, to see if you experience the issue there.

  Changed number of generations - Mozilla still not display tree with names

  On Google Chrome everything works

  Did you try to change the zoom level on Firefox?

  Have you checked if you have any add-ons or browser extensions installed on Firefox? If you do, you may want to try disabling them to see if it fixes the issue.
