I have the newest version from Adobe Flash but my familytree does not show at all in the normal laptop. I have thpousands of names in my tree. I cannot solve duplicates ect without seeing the tree, it is a huge problem??!! I have sended questions about the issue few times now after beginning of the year 2016, now it is soon 2017.

Jeff, Geni Curator Sega, new updates to the browsers now require that you enable Adobe Flash on websites you wish to run it on. Here are some instructions that you can follow for your browser type: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
