I added my siblings some time ago and now I am unable to edit their profiles.  How do I add them to my managers list?  How did they get off my list?  I just have Geni Basic.  Do I need Pro?

  Your siblings are members of Geni.  They are responsible for editing their own profiles.  Just as they can't edit your profile without your permission, you can't edit theirs.  This is a basic feature of Geni and would not be changed by a Pro membership.

  In order to edit their profiles, they would need to allow it by changing their preferences: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/permissions/

  They need to check the box "Let my family edit my profile"

  OK, great.  Thanx.  So to be clear, the profiles I do manage are NOT members of Geni, correct? AND how do I ask my passed away brother-in-law to allow me to change his profile to DECEASED?

  Correct - in tree view you can tell by the color box around the profile photo / silhouette.  It will be Blue if the profile is claimed (Geni member), Green is public, no border is private, and Purple is a Master Profile. 

  If your brother-in-law was a member, then you'll need to report him as deceased to Geni.  http://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706547-How-do-I-report-a-profile-as-Deceased-

  Hello, please I want to be the manager of all profiles created by me. I dont even have the ACTIONS - Manager Options menu.

  Hi ! I created our family tree years ago. The tree comprises now of several thousand members. I was noted and appeared as the profile manager of probably 90% of them.

  Recently my wife passed away and I was surprised to see that I was not anymore the profile manager and that her profile was not editable.

  I contacted the person (a cousin) who appeared as the one managing my wife's profile. But she could not do anything as it appears that she was removed by the Geni Customer Service from  her position of profile manager.

  WHAT CAN I DO NOW? CAN I REGAIN MY POSITION OF PROFILE MANAGER? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
