I hope i can receive some assistance in correcting an anomaly:
- My father is listed in my site and my brother's as our father and also our grandfather.
- He is listed as being our mother's husband (which is correct) and also her father (incorrect).
- Please can you assist us to correct this glaring anomaly? We have attempted to to do this several times so he is our father not our grandfather but nothing has succeeded. A sign indicating this change will split the family keeps overriding our attempts.
- We would thank you for assistance with this.
