Matches that don't go away after acceptance

I have three matches for my father, Dr. Vincent A Lombardo. I have reviewed these matches and either accepted or rejected them, but they are still appearing as matches. How can I get them to go away????

  Hi Jeff, it looks like Anney Cress-Dailey should be able to complete the merge now. It's likely she didn't have the right permissions before when she initially requested the merge. You can send her the link and ask her to try again. It should complete this time.
