Slash in names causes problems in GEDCOM-export

Geni allows putting a slash '/' character into name fields. This same character is used to separate surname from other name parts in GEDCOM-file. When exporting a profile with slash in name, this character is written to GEDCOM-file, causing consequently software that reads this GEDCOM-file to read name parts (first & second name, surname, suffix) incorrectly.
