Media / Photos doesn't appear in all profiles

I have many many photos and document in GENI 

All Disappeared suddenly  !! , i see they exist but cannot see preview or open any ...

Urgent !!!

  On your profile statistics you are listed with 543 photos and 12 documents uploaded, and those I checked seen to be OK.
  It could be a firewall problem at your side since the photos itself is not stored on the Geni server but on servers like amazonaws.com/photos.geni.com

  I have the same problem. Profile pictures of my parents are not readable anymore. I changed the profiles a few months ago to privat, could that make a difference? From the seven pictures of my mother only one you can see.
