Abbreviation "a.d.H." meaning

Does anyone know what does this abbreviation "a.d.H." mean?

It often stands next to a persons surname... It is very common to see on this site, but also on some other sites. I never managed to figure out it's meaning.

  Apparently "a.d.H" stands for "aus dem Hause" ("from the house (of)").  Here is a German-language Wikipedia article which uses both the abbreviation and the full form:  https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexandra_von_Wolff-Stomersee.  The "house" in question is most likely the family seat/manor, which can be used to distinguish different branches of the same family (or indeed different families which happen to have the same surname).  As in the Wikipedia example, the house name may become appended as part of the surname.
