I have just joined and I only have a Lumia Windows Phone, not an android phone. I have tried unsuccessfully to write in the box. How do I do it? I'm British, and I haven't got time to mess around, nor do I want to.

I have a Lumia as well and would like to try helping you, but you'll need to clarify for me what you mean by "the box." Can you take a screenshot, or at least tell me which page you're on and which fields you're trying to type in?

Georgina Walker Hi Ashley and thanks for taking the time to reply and for offering your help. I mean the family member box, which you add that person's name, as in, say, above me are 2 family member profile boxes for, I assume, my mother and father. I cannot enter any letters into them. I have no idea what page I am on! I assume, the tree building page!? Basically I think I will wait until I get my computer fixed.
I don't know what a screenshot is, in regard to the method of how to actually do that on this phone.
