 I can't prolong my subscription from my plastic card.

  What is worse that I cannot submit a ticket without subscription/ That is why I send my question here.

  Additionally, it is suspiсiously that country Russia is substituited by geni.com with Afganistan.

  You may want to email subscriptions@geni.com for account / pro membership issues.  This is not something that the community or curators can resolve.
