Something is wrong. When I log on, I get results that view me as an outsider wanting to start a family tree despite having my family tree on your site for several years. I cannot send greetings on anniversaries or on birthdays . Nothing seems to work. I don't ever remember getting a notice that I need to renew my membership or that the credit card on file is not working because its date has expired.

Jeff, Geni Curator I don't see any issue with your tree or account. If it's asking you to start a new tree, you're probably giving it the wrong email address when you're logging in.
