My Family Tree is Frozen...can't do anything at all on the Tree.
Everything else works. I can edit profiles, go to profiles etc etc. but when I go to the Tree all I see is the frozen tree of the tree I went to. I can't add to it or do merges...in fact if I clic on anything nothing happens. I know everything on my computer is up to date as I have no issues with anything else.

Upgraded my firefox and all works well again.
I, too, had the problem with the tree freezing up. I followed the advice by switching to Firefox 64-bit. I was okay for 10 days and now it locks up. I either have to close the program and re-open it, or click on tree to get to my starting position. I am running Win 10, latest Firefox updates for 64-bit.

Tree completely freezes up after 30 seconds into adding a new member. Could only add my mom and will NOT let me add my dad. Tried for over 30 minutes, save button is gone too
