When uploading new documents, you used to be able to set these as either private or public, but no longer can find the button for making them private. Ones I've uploaded in the past and set as private - all ok - they are still private. But uploaded new ones today and can't do the same.
They are image files of census documents so I've assumed it's not allowed to make those public??? even though I've bought them of course - but what about national archives copyright and all that ??
Am I missing something or is the button for setting to private no longer available? Grateful for advice any please.

PS - Edit - tried in both internet explorer and google chrome - same problem in both browsers.
