I have a relative in my family tree who previously had access and is now unable to access the tree. This happened to her once before and I fixed it by adding another her into the tree and putting her email in again, which gave her an email allowing her to reenter the tree, but I tried that this time and it didn't work. She never set up a password for the account, so she cannot login. But she created her own family tree through geni a long time ago with the same email and she can login to that, but she can't log into the one I created. And for some reason, our two trees didn't automatically merge together. Any suggestions on how to restore her access?
