I called FTDNA and they told me my DNA results have been uploaded and connected to GENI. The results do not appear on my profile. This has been going on since July 2016. Why is there a problem???

Just disconnect (if connected) and reconnect your FTDNA kit in the DNA tab on your profile.

Tried that.....Didn't work. Do you think my putting up cousin, Michael Terr's DNA somehow is involved?
