Can't access a profile I created

I uploaded my family tree to Geni about 10 years ago. Now there are a bunch of profiles that I created but can no longer access, unless I upgrade to Pro. The family members have not changed their profile or set it to private. I'm trying to contact Geni directly but I have to... upgrade to Pro to do so. I used to have a Pro account. But I refuse to pay such an expensive fee for a site that is frustratingly slow and buggy.
