Geni Support Team Official comment If you would like to cancel your auto-renewal, please login to your Geni account and go here: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/premium_account
Click "Make changes to your Geni Pro subscription"
Click "Cancel automatic renewals. At the end of my billing cycle, remind me to renew."
Lastly, click "Save Changes".
