I took out a Geni-Pro subscription on January 8. The confirmation email said, among other things: "Your purchase entitles you to a FREE 1-year data subscription at MyHeritage! If you already have an account with MyHeritage registered at your email address (...@....), you don't need to do anything - your account will be automatically credited within 48 to 72 hours.
Can I expect that this "automatic credit" will actually still happen at some point? I have already inquired about this with MyHeritage, but have not received an answer.

William Matteson Hello, My situation is the same as Mr. Rieveler. I can not talk to My Heritage as their phone support is only for subscribers, and I won't be a subscriber until credit is applied. It has been longer than 72 hours. Thanks, Bill Matteson (whmatteson@gmail.com)
