Hi, I have been using the 'capture webpage' to add sources to my ancestors. The automatic file name provided is the URL to the on-line source (church register page). The URL is not very 'helpful' or descriptive. If I change the URL to be 'descriptive' (ie., Adelshofen - Taufbuecher (1690 - 1796) for <name of person>), will this 'break' the ability to to "visit URL"? If modifying the file name does 'break' the ability to "visit URL" any suggestions on how to make these source documents more easily identifiable to a human?

Geni Support Team Hi Deanna, you can change the title of the source to something more descriptive. It will not change the URL.

Deanna Bliuvas Awesome, I was hoping for that response. Thank you so much for the prompt answer !

Job Waterreus Would it be possible to automatically use the page description instead of the URL as a title? (like it used to be)

Deanna Bliuvas I've just been changing the URL as per the Geni Support Team. As for automatically using the page description, for my purposes it would not be very descriptive (and possibly in foreign language)

Job Waterreus It used to be in the Geni language chosen (if that language was available on the queried site).
You could still change the title (Geni will also register the URL used for the download)
