I can only make a Gedcom that is 5 kb and contain no info. Is that because I only have a Basic subscribtion, or because somebody else is admin for my profile on Geni? How can I become admin for my profile when that person does not respond to my messages?

Geni Support Team Hi Ketil, there is a limit to the number of profiles you can export. As basic user, you may export 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 5,000 profiles.
From your statistics we see that you have only added 9 people, so you will only be able to export 36 people.
To clarify, no one else is the admin for your profile. Once you have claimed your account, only you will be able to manage it.
