Indra Salmiņa I received an email that the test has been uploaded, but I don't understand where to look for the results. I can't find the myFtTDna section on the FamilyTreeDna page. Ads only.

Geni Support Team Can you confirm if you have logged into the correct account for your DNA kit on the Family Tree DNA website? Your autosomal DNA results should be appearing in the first section of your FTDNA dashboard.
If your matches are appearing, then please go to the Partner Services section at the bottom of the page and click on the Geni button. Next, disconnect from the FTDNA side. Once the account is disconnected, try reconnecting your FTDNA account to your Geni account.

Romualdas Bielskis I get this page "connected" but no DNA is actually linked and visible on GENI profile (I'm hopelessly trying for the nth time to link my fathers' kit to his profile in my tree, this time I created a separate profile for him).

Geni Support Team Hi Romualdas, are you saying that when you are logged into FTDNA you see that it is connected but the results are not showing on the Geni profile? If yes, then please try disconnecting from the FTDNA side and then go back to his Geni profile and try connecting again. Please let us know if you still encounter the same issue.
