I would like to remove a relationship, but the Button is greyed out. In fact its greyed out on all profiles. It was not this way till another person contacted me Anne Brannen - her message to me was-
"It's a duplicate of one already in the tree (as are others you've added), and because Geni works to create one world tree, all duplicates must be merged in, and the resulting tree conflicts and data conflicts resolved. This is a process which takes hours and hours, and sometimes days and days. And in the meantime, the medieval tree, which we work hard at making a well-sourced piece of the tree, remains messy and disreputable.
Here is the Master Profile that this duplicates —. Henry II "Curtmantle", king of England — you can see that you are connected to him, even though the profile you created for him is slated to be deleted."
Ever since this time i have not been able to remove any relationships. Please Help.
