Different account can't reset password

This issue is actually with another account: red_4812@hotmail.com. I invited this user a while back and he is now trying to log in but can't reset the password. When trying to submit a ticket it asks him to log in, which he can not do so I am logging the ticket here.

More specifically reset seems to work but there is no email being sent. Is there something you can do to help?
