How do I contact profile manager when none is given? All that shows is "Send message" and that would be sent to a dead person (which is not shown on profile, hence my wish to contact manager). I am basic user.

  Use the contact profile managers link on the profile page

  I have a free Geni account and am signed in. Most profiles say "Contact profile managers" others don't. They say "Send message", or no option just "Added by" names.

  Rhonda B COHEN, It may help to give an example profile.

  Some profiles do not have a manager, so for those it is not possible to contact a manager. If it is a public profile without manager you can take over management of such a profile.
